NPP-GO Loyalty Program: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the NPP-GO Loyalty Program, managed by PT Jayamas Motorindo ("We," "Us," "Our"). By participating in the NPP-GO Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
The NPP-GO Loyalty Program allows participants to earn loyalty points by purchasing eligible NPP products and scanning QR codes. Points can be redeemed for rewards listed in the NPP-GO catalog or on our website.
2. Participation Eligibility
Free Registration: Participation in the program is free. No purchase is required to join. Eligible Participants: The program is open to individuals who purchase eligible NPP products. Single Account: Each participant may only register one account. Points cannot be transferred or combined across multiple accounts.
3. Earning and Redeeming Points
Point Accrual: Loyalty points are earned by purchasing eligible NPP products and scanning QR codes. Points are automatically added to your account once the QR code is scanned. Point Redemption: Points can be redeemed for rewards listed in the NPP-GO catalog. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable between accounts.
4. Prize Claiming Rules
Claim Process: Participants can redeem their accumulated points through the NPP-GO app by selecting an eligible prize from the catalog. Point Prizes: Prizes can be redeemed by exchanging a sufficient amount of points, provided that the prize category is still available.
5. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the NPP-GO Loyalty Program at any time. Participants will be notified of any major changes.

All data collection complies with relevant data protection laws and regulations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini mengatur partisipasi Anda dalam Program Loyalitas NPP-GO, yang dikelola oleh PT Jayamas Motorindo ("Kami"). Dengan berpartisipasi dalam Program Loyalitas NPP-GO, Anda menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan berikut.
1. Gambaran Program
Program Loyalitas NPP-GO memungkinkan peserta untuk mendapatkan poin loyalitas dengan membeli produk NPP yang memenuhi syarat dan memindai kode QR. Poin dapat ditukarkan dengan hadiah yang terdaftar di katalog NPP-GO.
2. Kelayakan Partisipasi
Pendaftaran Gratis: Partisipasi dalam program ini gratis. Tidak diperlukan pembelian untuk bergabung. Akun Tunggal: Setiap peserta hanya dapat mendaftar satu akun. Poin tidak dapat dipindahkan atau digabungkan antar akun.
3. Mengumpulkan dan Menukarkan Poin
Pengumpulan Poin: Poin loyalitas diperoleh dengan membeli produk NPP yang memenuhi syarat dan memindai kode QR. Poin akan otomatis ditambahkan ke akun Anda setelah kode QR dipindai. Penukaran Poin: Poin dapat ditukarkan dengan hadiah yang terdaftar di katalog NPP-GO. Poin tidak dapat ditukarkan dengan uang tunai.
4. Aturan Klaim Hadiah
Peserta dapat menukarkan poin yang terkumpul melalui aplikasi NPP-GO dengan memilih hadiah yang memenuhi syarat dari katalog.
5. Modifikasi Program
PT Jayamas Motorindo berhak untuk memodifikasi atau mengakhiri Program Loyalitas NPP-GO kapan saja.
6. Perlindungan Data
Semua pengumpulan data akan mematuhi hukum dan peraturan perlindungan data yang berlaku.
